Just like any telephone directory or website with many suppliers it's not always possible to monitor every company 24/7 and that’s why we value your feedback.
The companies who advertise on the website are terrific, local companies who really care about their reputation and want to hear good and bad feedback alike.
All companies sign up to a code of conduct and are incentivised to keep an impeccable service record.
If you should be unhappy for whatever reason please take the following steps:
Quality of work
If you are unhappy about the quality of work, please tell the company at the time so they can remedy the situation to your satisfaction.
If the fault comes to light after the company has left, please contact them and let them have the opportunity to return and fix the fault.
Should you still be unhappy with the service, please contact us via email on feedback@georgeknows.com and we will contact you the same business day to try and resolve.
Company not available
Occasionally a company will get a last minute job and the system will not be updated in time, however we do like to monitor all instances so we can ensure that when you need someone today, an accurate list of companies appears.
If you find that a company that has confirmed they are available and subsequently are not available when you call, please contact the next company on the list and then let us know at unavailable@georgeknows.com detailing the name of the company and date that you tried to contact them.
